Jared was a remarkable host. I will highly recommend his place to anyone looking for nice quiet home away from home. We were moving our daughter back to college at WSSU and it was very close to the college. We had to get stuff out of storage and it was very convenient for us to do that . The location and spacious apartment saved us about 5 trips. The place looks just like the picture and o would definitely book it again.

Jared's place is absolutely beautiful and feels just like home! Everything was perfect – we had so much fun and felt completely comfortable throughout our stay. The surroundings are serene and peaceful, making it the ideal place. Highly recommend!

Perfect place to stay with family, relaxing, spacious and very accommodating! Jared made us feel at home and even had a crate for our small golden doodle to stay in while we were gone for the day! We will be back when the opportunity comes again! Highly recommend!

The extra details and additional amenities and toiletries, that although small additions, they made such a big difference. We had everything we could possibly need, and more. Forgot a tooth brush? No worries, extra backups were there! Need a place to eat? Here's a wall of recommendations! Terrific coffee shops nearby were very welcomed as well. Overall, we appreciate the practical additions. This is so much better than a hotel room. Thank you Jared for making our visit so comfortable.

I stayed one week at this spacious property and it felt like a home away from home. The shower was hot, the beds and pillows were comfortable, and many personal touches throughout. The backyard is beautiful and peaceful with a view of the lake peaking between the trees. The house is at the end of a dead end street. I enjoyed some morning walks down the quiet street (it's about 1 mile to the main road and back). From the initial reservation to check out, Jared's communication was always prompt and responsive. I will definitely try to stay here again when I return.

Very nice and quiet area. Beautiful back yard with view of the lake. Jared went above and beyond to accommodate us during our stay. If you need a place to regroup, or just a peaceful getaway with the partner, this is the place to stay!

The space was super clean, had all the amenities we needed, the beds were comfortable, the backyard space and surroundings were peaceful and quiet. It was the perfect place for us. Jared was also very proactive and responsive (although all the instructions were so clear and the place perfect that we had no need for anything). Would stay here again for sure!

Thos was a great space. Clean and njcely decorated bedrooms. It was raining kn our stay, but it was walkable to near by ciffee shop, boutiques, etc. Very safe feeling as well.

My friend and I went to Winston Salem for a dog obedience show and this was absolutely the perfect house for our stay! It was VERY convenient to our location at the Winston Salem Dog Training Club (which is why we chose it), but Jared’s space was just above and beyond my expectations. There were cookies (& wine) waiting for us upon arrival, doggy potty area (complete with bags and trash bin), water bowls for the doggos, toiletries in case you forgot yours, and a lovely pristine space. The bed was also incredibly comfy - I didn’t want to get out of it!! On top of that, Jared communicated at every step along the way - ensuring we were comfortable and that everything was perfect. I would absolutely stay here again & plan to do so the next time I’m in the area!

Nothing but great things to say about Jared and his rental!
We appreciated all the little details to make guests feel comfortable and welcome. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well!
If we ever make our way back to WS area, we would love to stay there again!
